Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

To start the return procedure, send an email to info@autentica504.com making sure to write your purchase data (name, surname, email address entered at the time of order and order number) and describing the reason why you intend to exercise the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you the relative shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Returns are free of charge, however, please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note, autentica504 cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the returned package. Packages that lack customer identification (last name, first name, address and return code) will be refused.
