Shipping methods and costs

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date of order. Any order placed after 12 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Delivery time and shipping rates may vary depending on the destination address.
The rate will be calculated automatically at the time of payment. During the holidays except for the bank holidays, your order may take longer than expected.

We assume no responsibility for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures at your destination.

Duties and Customs

Please note that orders shipped outside the European Community may be served as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to import duties, local taxes and customs charges.
Payment of such DDU taxes is the sole responsibility of the Customer. You are advised to contact your local customs authorities to determine the cost price before completing your purchase.
Please note that some shipments may be delayed due to the customs clearance process. This is unfortunately beyond our control and we cannot take responsibility for any delays.

RETURNS

How can I return my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can make a return request within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

Returns within the EU: To undertake the return process, please send an email to info@autentica504.com making sure to write down your purchase information (first name, last name, email address entered when ordering and order number). Please specify which items you intend to return and the reason why you intend to exercise the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you the appropriate shipping label as well as instructions for returning the package.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging.

Returns outside the EU: To undertake the return procedure from a country outside the European Union, please send an email to info@autentica504.com making sure to write down your purchase information (first name, last name, email address entered at the time of order and order number). Please specify which items you intend to return and the reason why you intend to exercise your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you the appropriate shipping label as well as instructions for returning the package.

Do I have to pay to return my order?

  • For customers residing in the European Union, returning a product is free of charge. All costs will be covered by autentica504.com.
  • For customers outside the European Union, returning a product will incur charges related to duties, any taxes, and shipping to be borne by the customer. autentica504.com does not assume any responsibility for the aforementioned costs. Please note that if you decide to use a courier of your choice, the return is your responsibility until delivery to our warehouse.

How long does it take to process my refund?
As soon as we receive and process your return, your order will go through a quality check and all items will be carefully analyzed. All items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging.
If this step is approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for the entire process to be completed. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that any shipping charges and customs duties paid are non-refundable.

It may take at least ten days for the refund to be credited to your account due to bank processing times.

Returns on Sale Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. All sales of discounted items are final. We encourage you to carefully review product details, including size, color and condition, before making your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
